Congratulations on making the best decision for your Real Estate career. Here is where we begin in our onboarding process to help you become a Full RE/MAX agent & team member. Brand new agents will be required to participate in a 30/60/90 day boot camp that contains 3 different categories that will set you up for personal success, compliance success, and how to be a master salesperson during your career. Our Senior Leadership Team will begin this process and walk you through step by step each segment of the Bootcamp. Our Director of Sales will meet with you right away and get you familiar with these requirements.  



Sales Growth (0-30 days) 

  • Daily call attempts: 50 BUYERS OR SELLERS
  • Daily Social Media: 20 adds, 20 follows, 20 DM
  • Daily Social Media : Join 2 groups, create 1 video
  • Door Knocking with senior 2 hrs/ week shadow 
  • Start KVCore Agent Success Training 
  • Attend1 open house per week 
  • Attend role play daily 8:00 am 
  • Attend daily730am motivation sessions
  • Attend daily 830 BOOT CAMP
  • Attend weekly sales meeting

  • Work with office manager to introduce forms typically used in a transaction: Purchase Contract, Addendum, Company Forms, Listing Agreement, Buyer's Rep, etc. 
  • At this point, the Agent needs to focus on Eric's Sales Training. The agent should be clear that they need to do self-study, research, and use HBR resources for their understanding of the forms used in transactions view and understand

(15-60 days) 

  • At this time, Agent should have a basic to good knowledge of typically used forms introduced at beginning of training.
  • BIC /Mentor will create multiple scenarios through 10+ Purchase Contract, Listing Agreement and other important forms at the 30 day mark. 
  • Since each agent will be different in how much retention they have in the knowledge of being a real estate agent overall, I will monitor and focus on strengths and weaknesses.I'll discuss with experienced agents about their interaction and procedures on their joint work.

(60 to 90 days) 

  • Monitor with mentorship meetings
