Brand new agents will be required to participate in a 30/60/90 day boot camp that contains 3 different categories that will set you up for personal success, compliance success, and how to be a master salesperson during your career. Our Senior Leadership Team will begin this process and walk you through step by step each segment of the Bootcamp. Our Director of Sales will meet with you right away and get you familiar with these requirements.

- At this time, Agent should have a basic to good knowledge of typically used forms introduced at beginning of training.
- BIC /Mentor will create multiple scenarios through 10+ Purchase Contract, Listing Agreement and other important forms at the 30 day mark.
- Since each agent will be different in how much retention they have in the knowledge of being a real estate agent overall, I will monitor and focus on strengths and weaknesses.I'll discuss with experienced agents about their interaction and procedures on their joint work.
