“Is my commission check ready??” questions need to go to those who work on those who is CFO (Lenka) and Office Manager (Tiffany) !! COMMISSION CHECKS ARE THEIR DEPARTMENT NOT PB or BIC! Let all those Asking Agents know, please! HOWEVER, ANYONE FROM OUR TOP MANAGEMENT CAN DO (but doesn’t have to) A RANDOM CLOSED FILE CHECK and if file is not closed properly a notification should be sent to CFO and Office Manager, and Agent that the check is on hold until deficiencies are fixed.
WHAT ARE THE MOST SEEN REASONS FOR THE DELAYED PROCESS?
NO PAYOUT FORM SUBMITTED (or incorrectly done for example indicating 110% commission or Deal split) = NO COMMISSION CHECK
NO CLOSED FILE OR MISSING DOCS = NO COMMISSION CHECK
ESCROW FUNDS NOT CLEARED THE BANK (or send to the wrong account or wrong company) = NO COMMISSION CHECK UNTIL RESOLVED
